The time required for the change of supplier is about one week from the day of signing the Supply Contract and depends on the procedures of the Distribution Network Operator (HEDNO).

Protergia offers its services and supplies electricity to all areas that are interconnected to the national electricity grid.
The Last Shelter Supplier is obliged to supply customers who are not represented by a supplier, due to the fault of their previous supplier or due to events that fall within the sphere of influence of their previous supplier. The Supplier with the largest market share per customer category (currently PPC) is designated as the Last Shelter Supplier, by decision of the Energy Regulatory Authority (RAE). The transfer to the last resort service is done automatically for the customer.
